Welcome to My Tip Now (MTN). By accessing or using our platform, website, and digital tipping services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

  1. Description of Service
    My Tip Now provides software solutions that facilitate digital gratuity collection between end-customers (“Tip-Givers”) and independent service professionals or businesses (“Tip-Receivers”). My Tip Now acts solely as a software technology platform facilitating point-of-sale tipping and is not a bank, payment processor, or money transmitter.
  2. Payment Processing & Stripe Connect
    Payment processing services for Tip-Receivers on My Tip Now are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these Terms or continuing to operate as a user on My Tip Now, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of My Tip Now enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide My Tip Now accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize My Tip Now to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
  3. Application Fees & Transactions
    My Tip Now charges a software application fee (commission) on processed tip transactions. All tip amounts entered by Tip-Givers, along with applicable platform fees, are processed securely via Stripe. All gratuities sent through the platform are final, non-refundable, and voluntary payments for services rendered.
  4. Prohibited Uses
    Users agree not to use the platform for:

Peer-to-peer personal money transfers, money laundering, or stored-value account creation.

Any illegal transactions or unauthorized business activities prohibited by Stripe’s Restricted Businesses policy.

Attempting to bypass platform security or manipulate payment routing.

  1. Account Registration and Security
    Tip-Receivers must register for an account and maintain valid verification status via Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  2. Limitation of Liability
    My Tip Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform or payment processing infrastructure.
